STRETCH AND SIP
Stretch and Sip is a movement and mocktail evening. Yoga or light strength work, then something worth drinking that is not wine. The format is intentionally low-key. Nobody is performing wellness. You show up, you move a little, you have something good in a real glass.

A POSSIBLE BIG BEAR RETREAT
There is a survey at the bottom of this page. We are genuinely asking before we plan anything. A long weekend, sober-friendly, small group, some structure and some real downtime. Probably October or November when Big Bear is cold and quiet and worth the drive.
Nothing is confirmed. If it becomes real, subscribers hear first.

Travel pieces on this site are usually about trips that already happened. This one is about what is coming. The difference is that you can actually show up to these.
If you are in Los Angeles or willing to get there, most of what we do is within driving distance. If you are elsewhere and something is worth a flight, we will say so.
